The 2023 China (Guangzhou) International Baking Exhibition will be held from May 11 to May 13, 2023. The exhibition will be held at the Canton Fair Exhibition Hall in Guangzhou, China. The organizer will be the Baking Industry Association of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce. The exhibition will be held once a year, with an area of 70000 square meters and a total of 30000 attendees. The number of exhibitors and participating brands will reach 800.
The China Baking Exhibition was founded in 1997 and is the first professional exhibition in the Chinese baking industry. It was originally known as the "National Baking Industry Raw Materials and Equipment Exhibition and the China International Baking Sweet Western Food Materials and Equipment Exhibition". It has toured exhibitions in Chengdu, Beijing, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and other places, accumulating the industry's most senior network resources over the years. Due to the rapid development of the exhibition being limited by the limitations of opening exhibition halls at that time, it was decided to hold the exhibition in May every year at the Guangzhou Canton Fair from the 7th edition in 2003, and the name of the exhibition was changed to "China Baking Exhibition" in the 9th edition in 2005.
