1. The above machine which we supply it to you, we can give you 12 month after sales warranty.
2. Maintenance services: any malfunction happened, once you enquiry us, we will reply you within 48 hours except the special reasons.
3. Any damage except the wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely. We guarantee will send it to customer by DHL, Fedex, UPS etc.If we have parts in our warehouse,we will send within 24 hours, if we don't have it in our warehouse, we will manufacture it with our fast time.
4.Lifelong services: We provide lifelong services for all the products we sold out, and supply the spare parts with discount price.
5.If you need, we can also send our engineers to your factory to install equipment and train your staff, but the buyer should pay the cost of round-trip air tickets, arrange hotel accommodation and the seller's engineers. Our engineers will train your staff to operate the machine during installation and commissioning, and they will not leave your side until your staff is able to operate the machine properly. Customers pay $80 / day for our engineers. Now our engineers cannot apply for visas due to the novel coronavirus and national policy. Therefore, we will provide online video guidance. (I will provide detailed video installation instructions)
(Since China now has a policy of quarantining people from abroad for 28 days, that would delay a lot of work for us)
6. Certificate service: We can provide relevant certificates to customers free of charge according to their requirements. Such as Form A, Form E, Certificate of Origin, CE, Free Fumigation Certificate, etc.
7. Inspection service: Our inspectors will inspect the products before shipment. In addition, we will send detailed information about the machine, including manuals, videos, photos, circuit diagrams, etc.
8. Delivery document service: We guarantee that after receiving all the delivery documents, we will send them to the customer by DHL, Fedex, UPS and other means within 24 hours. For bills of lading, the customer may choose to release in original or by telex.
