Electric heating and steam heating are the two primary heating methods for cosmetics vacuum homogenizing emulsification machines. Most customers will prefer electric heating unless it is required by the manufacturing process. The electric heating mode has an excellent temperature control system that is made up of the heating medium layer of the temperature sensor and the thermal insulation layer. The benefit of this design is that the operator can easily control the temperature without the need for additional heating equipment, and the production heating cost is very low. Different media, such as water and heat transfer oil, can be used to heat the medium layer depending on the processing temperature of different materials.
