Batch high shear emulsifying machine with electric/pneumatic support lifting is an emulsifying machine placed on various containers, or put on pneumatic / manual support lifting, making it easy to move and lift the main machine. The effect of refining, homogenising, dispersing, and emulsifying is achieved by narrowing the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials and uniformly distributing one phase into another or more phases using mechanical external force, resulting in the formation of a stable emulsion state. New bidirectional materials and polished stainless steel forgings are used to create the working head.There are two types of installation: top and bottom, and three installation methods: vertical, offset and oblique. Under pressure application conditions, double face mechanical seal with seal self-lubricating system is adopted.
