1. The high shear emulsification machine can be divided into unidirectional and bidirectional working modes in terms of material suction mode;
2. From the layout mode, it can be divided into radial flow and axial flow working modes;
3. From the rotor structure, it can be divided into slotted ring type, closed slotted ring type, four straight blade rotor, three curved blade rotor and multi-layer open (closed) slot ring type;
4. From the stator structure, it can be divided into straight groove open type, straight groove closed type, inclined groove open type, inclined groove closed type, mesh, round hole and multi-layer;
5. According to the working sealing requirements, it can be divided into open (hanging, kettle mounted) and sealed emulsifying machines (mechanical seal, water seal, oil seal, magnetic drive seal);
6. The closed rotor stator adopts precision fit, and the slotted rotor stator generally has a slightly larger fit clearance.
7. The rotor and stator of the working head of the emulsion machine are usually made of forgings, so they have good comprehensive mechanical properties. It has high shearing, dispersion, homogenization and emulsification efficiency. The shear head is composed of rotor and stator. The rotor, with its extremely high linear speed and strong kinetic energy from high-frequency mechanical effect, makes materials subject to shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tear and turbulence in the precise gap between the rotor and stator, so as to achieve the effect of dispersion, grinding and emulsification.
