But the vacuum emulsifier is also the same as other equipment, and there will be such and other failures if it is used for a long time. . For example, the vacuum emulsifier equipment fails due to improper operation or aging and wear of the emulsion pump during the operation. Once this happens, you don't have to worry too much. You can repair it according to the following methods.
1. If the pressure is not found or cannot be adjusted after the vacuum emulsifier is started, the following factors need to be considered: the middle and lower orifices of the pilot valve are blocked; the main valve or pilot valve of the unloading valve is stuck or damaged; the thrust piston sealing ring damage, etc. The solution is to dredging, repairing and replacing items according to the problem.
2. If the vacuum emulsifier has large pressure pulsation, insufficient flow or no flow, and the pipeline has vibration and serious noise, the following factors should be considered: the air in the suction cavity of the pump is not cleaned; the plunger sealing ring, suction Air; the suction pipe is too thin and bent, the spring of the suction and discharge valve is broken or the valve core is damaged, the suction valve plug is not tight, and the suction filter of the liquid tank is blocked. The solution is to loosen the air screw of the pump body to discharge the air; take out the drain valve and inject the liquid into the plunger cavity. Replace the suction hose or eliminate the dead angle, replace the spring or replace the valve core; tighten the suction valve plug; clean the suction filter of the liquid tank.
3. If there is a collision sound during the operation of the emulsifier, it may be due to the increased clearance of the bushing; there are debris in the pump body; there is a gap between the plunger and the bearing seat. The solution is to replace the bushing; clean up the debris; adjust the motor and pump so that they are coaxial; tighten the compression screw sleeve.
4. The high temperature of the emulsion pump of the vacuum emulsifier may be caused by damage to the bearing bush, insufficient lubricating oil or unqualified lubricating oil. The solution is to refuel or clean the fuel tank, change the oil; repair the crankshaft and replace the bearing bush.
