A Professional Mayonnaise Machine was designed by the JKE team of engineers. The machine is equipped to complete the full procedure, including the quick mixing of premixes, hydration of thickening and stabilizing chemicals, and creation of the final oil-in-water emulsion.
The Standard Mayonnaise Machine can produce between 5 and 2000 liters of mayonnaise per hour. The most important feature is high productivity and product quality, which can be verified in a lab setting by stable emulsions and uniform particle distribution. It is the end result of an extremely effective, circular process that also uses an agitation tank and a homogenizer. Prior to being pushed through the high shear homogenizer, the raw material is first stirred in the tank.
