The unit is composed of pretreatment water tank, oil tank,vacuum emulsion mixing main pot, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, discharge system, electrical control system, PLC touch screen, working platform, etc. The unit has the characteristics of simple operation, stable performance, good homogenization performance, high production efficiency, convenient cleaning, reasonable structure, small floor area and high degree of automation.

Product Introduction

A working vessel with an insulating layer, a heating/cooling jacket, a low speed stirrer with scrapers, and a bottom rotor-stator homogenizer make up the JPS sauce mixing, emulsifying, and homogenizing system. The container is fixed in place and fastened on rotatable supports. Thanks to the tilting system, the product is easily and swiftly removed from the homogenization vessel (with manual or mechanical drive depending on the vessel volume). The lid is simple to open and secured hermetically in the closed position by four screws. The following levels of automation are available, depending on the requirements and wants of the customer: raw material weighing and dosing, temperature control for heating and cooling, emulsification, homogenization, agitator speed control, and vacuum level control.
